Sustainability reporting
As of 2018, Eastnine publishes sustainability disclosures prepared according to the GRI Standards and since 2021 additional information in accordance with TCFD's recommendations. The Company is not subject to the requirement to report in accordance with the EU taxonomy of sustainable investments, but has since 2022 decided to voluntarily include information about how Eastnine’s business contributes to the EU climate goals due to increased interest on the part of investors and financiers. The sustainability disclosures, including the TCFD report and EU taxonomy information is included in the annual report.

Acquisition of further properties is expected to deliver a new record profit
Eastnine achieved record results in 2025, paving the way for a bright and promising future. The markets continue to demonstrate strong growth, and demand for premium offices remains robust. Having established our inhouse organisation in Poland, our goal is to acquire at least one property in 2026, ideally in Warsaw.
