Eastnine's entire property portfolio sustainability-certified
With Uptown Park receiving LEED Platinum certification, we have achieved our goal of certifying the entire property portfolio. That 95 percent of the stock has achieved LEED Platinum (highest within LEED) or BREEAM Outstanding (highest within BREEAM) is an external quality seal of our buildings' sustainability performance. The certification is part of a systematic effort to ensure that our properties meet continuously increased demands from tenants, investors, and financiers", says Eastnine’s Head of Sustainability Lilia Kouzmina.
Green leases
Eastnine works actively to reduce our negative impact on the environment and on society. These efforts include reducing the energy use of our properties, improving waste management and being selective in our choice of materials. You, the tenants, can help us in these efforts by signing a green lease with us. A green lease means that we work together to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible, while working toward an effective use of resources. At the same time, you have the opportunity to reduce your costs and strengthen your brand with an active commitment to the environment. To know more about the demands that are placed on you as a tenant and on us as a landlord, or to sign a green lease, please get in touch with your property manager.
