Eastnine has established policies and guidelines for how Eastnine shall act as a responsible company and employer and comply with applicable legislation. By encouraging an open and responsible company culture, Eastnine believes that circumstances involving misconduct and serious incidents can be prevented. Accordingly, Eastnine expects and encourages employees to report infringements of laws, regulations and policies.

Eastnine provides a framework for its employees to report misconduct and serious incidents confidentially and without a fear of reprisal. Company employees shall feel confident that notifications made under this policy are taken seriously and are handled professionally and confidentially. Service providers and/or partners are further encouraged to report any misconducts or suspected incidents through the same channel, by sending an e-mail to whistleblowing(a)eastnine.com, or for full anonymity use the address below:
