Dividend

Eastnine has the ambition to annually increase dividend per share. The dividend shall amount to at least one third of profit from property management, less current tax. 

The 2025 AGM resolved on a dividend amounting to SEK 1.20 per share (1.16) to be distributed through quarterly instalments of SEK 0.30 per share. The dividend corresponds to 50 per cent of profit from property management, less current tax, for the financial year 2024.

The 2024 AGM resolved to split the Company’s shares by dividing each share into four shares; the share split was implemented on 14 May 2024.
