Dividend

Eastnine has the ambition to annually increase dividend per share. The dividend shall amount to at least one third of profit from property management, less current tax. 

Prior the AGM 2025, the Board has proposed an increase in dividend to SEK 1.20 per share (1.16) to be distributed through quarterly instalments of SEK 0.30 per share. The dividend corresponds to 50 per cent of profit from property management, less current tax, for the financial year 2024.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting resolved to split the Company’s shares by dividing each share into four shares; the share split was implemented on 14 May 2024.
