Organisation
Eastnine is a Swedish company with international operations. The company employs around 30 people and operates in Sweden, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. The parent company, Eastnine AB (publ), is headquartered in Stockholm.
Eastnine is a decentralised organisation, with locally-operated property management and maintenance in the countries respectively where the properties are located. Eastnine has employees in each country where the Company operates, with a country manager in charge who, with support from executive management, manages the daily property upkeep and lettings operations. Financing, transactions, communications, sustainability and administration are principally managed by the parent company.
Gender equality
From an early stage, Eastnine has made efforts to promote an even gender distribution of men and women in similar positions and at all levels within the organisation. At the end of 2025, Eastnine had 27 employees, of which 56 per cent were women and 44 per cent were men.
The goal is that the representation of women and men in the Board and executive management should be equal. At year-end 2025, the gender distribution in the Company's executive management was 29 per cent women and 71 per cent men and in the Board it was 60 per cent women and 40 per cent men. Eastnine's Chair of the Board is a woman. As of the 2026 AGM, it was decided that the Board shall be respresented by 33 per cent women and 67 per cent men, with a women as Chair.
