Organisation
Eastnine is a Swedish company with international operations. The company employs around 25 people and operates in Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. The parent company, Eastnine AB (publ), is headquartered in Stockholm.
Eastnine is a decentralised organisation, with locally-operated property management and maintenance in the countries respectively where the properties are located. Eastnine has hired a country manager in Latvia and Lithuania who, with support from executive management, manages the daily property upkeep and lettings operations. Financing, transactions, communications, sustainability and administration are principally managed by the parent company.
Gender equality
From an early stage, Eastnine has made efforts to promote an even gender distribution of men and women in similar positions and at all levels within the organisation. At the end of 2023, Eastnine had 23 employees, of whom 13 were women and nine were men. The goal is that the representation of women and men in the board, management and at country manager level should be equal. In both the company's management and board, the gender distribution is even, and Eastnine's Chairman of the board is a woman. In 2023, Eastnine was placed first on the Allbright Foundations's green list when the equality in Swedish listed companies was compared.
