Eastnine has one share class, ordinary share, which is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap, Real Estate sector.
The number of shareholders as of 30 September 2024 was approximately 5,809.

Eastnine announces in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act that the number of shares and votes in Eastnine has increased during November as a result of the set-off issue of 8,760,684 new shares in Eastnine that was carried out in connection with the acquisition of Warsaw Unit. The board of directors of Eastnine resolved on the set-off issue based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024.

Following the set-off issue, and as of 29 November 2024, the number of issued shares and votes in Eastnine amounts to 98,241,728. Eastnine's share capital increased through the set-off issue by EUR 358,312.007380 to EUR 4,018,087.031580.
