External auditors

At the 2026 Annual General Meeting, the registered public accounting firm KPMG was appointed as auditor in charge, for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2027. Auditor in Charge: Marc Karlsson.

Auditor fees

The Company’s auditors have received fees for auditing and other prescribed review, as well as for counselling with respect to observations made during audits and reviews. For the 2025 financial year, the costs for audits and consulting amounted to EUR 390k, of which EUR 359k was paid to KPMG.

Communication with the company’s auditors

The Board maintains regular contact with its auditors. The auditors participate in Board meetings when annual reports are discussed and are typically present during discussions of interim reports that have been reviewed. During these meetings, the auditors present their observations from the review, as well as their assessment of the Company’s internal controls. The Board of Directors meets annually with the Auditor in Charge, without the presence of the Company’s executive management. During this meeting, the Auditor in charge presents his/her observations to the Board.

Auditor in Charge: Marc Karlsson, born 1980, authorized public accountant and partner in KPMG AB. Active within KPMG's international real estate network. Auditor in charge of Eastnine since 2025. Selection of other audit assignments: Nyfosa, Kåpan Fastigheter, Eurocommercial Properties Sweden, Ovzon and Assemblin Caverion Group.
