Our properties

As of 30 June 2026, Eastnine owned 13 properties, whereof 12 office properties and one develoment property in Poland and the Baltics. The property portfolio consists of modern and sustainable office properties in prime locations. Eastnine have two future development projects. The projects, which are at the planning stage, will only commence when each project is deemed capable of delivering satisfactory results.

Uniq

The first-class and sustainable office property Uniq, which was completed in 2016 and taken over by Eastnine 2021, is located in central Vilnius, in between the old town and the city's central business district.

Vertas-1, completed in 2007 and taken over by Eastnine in 2017, is centrally located on Gynėjų Street in Vilnius, located next to the Parliament, the old town and the popular main shopping street, Gediminas Avenue.

Vertas-2, completed in 2007 and taken over by Eastnine in October 2020, is centrally located on Gynėjų street in Vilnius, in close proximity to the Parliament, the old town and the popular main street Gediminas Avenue.

At the intersection of the main streets Krisjana Valdemara and Elizabetes Street, a few minutes walk from the Old Town and Riga’s prestigious Art Nouveau district, you will find the first-class office property Valdemara Centrs.
