Our properties


As at 30 June 2024, Eastnine owns 14 office properties and one develoment property in the Baltics and Poland. Today, the property portfolio consists of modern and sustainable office properties and three future projects. Two of the development projects are to be built on existing sites, and the third mainly consists of land for future property development.

Nowy Rynek D

Nowy Rynek D, which comprises a total of 39,000 sq.m. of lettable area and 261 parking spaces in an underground garage. The property is in a good location in the center of Poznan, close to both the main train station and the old town.

Nowy Rynek E

Nowy Rynek E, which comprises 28,800 sq.m. of lettable area and 234 garage spaces, was completed by Skanska in 2023. The property is let to about ten tenants.

S7-1

The first-rate and sustainable office property S7-1, completed in 2017 and taken over by Eastnine in 2019, is an architectural landmark in Vilnius’ central business district, close to the city center.

The first-rate and sustainable office property S7-2, completed and taken over by Eastnine in 2019, is an architectural landmark in Vilnius’ central business district, close to the city center.

S7-3

The first-rate and sustainable office property S7-3, completed in 2019 and taken over by Eastnine in 2020, is an architectural landmark in Vilnius’ central business district, close to the city center.

Zala 1

The modern and sustainable office property Zala 1 is located in central Riga, in the heart of the Art Nouveau district surrounded by embassies and historical buildings. Built in 1899 as A.G.

3Bures-1,2

Built in 2008 and taken over by Eastnine in 2014, the property 3Bures-1,2 is centrally located on one of the most important streets in Vilnius’ central business district, north of the river Neris.

3Bures-3

3Bures-3 was developed by Eastnine and completed in 2018. The property is centrally located on one of the most important streets in Vilnius’ central business district, directly adjacent to 3Bures-1,2, north of the river Neris.

Uniq

The first-class and sustainable office property Uniq, which was completed in 2016 and taken over by Eastnine 2021, is located in central Vilnius, in between the old town and the city's central business district.

Uptown Park

The property comprises a total of 12,700 sq.m. of lettable space and just over 300 parking spaces, most of which are in garages. 

Vertas-1

Vertas-1, completed in 2007 and taken over by Eastnine in 2017, is centrally located on Gynėjų Street in Vilnius, located next to the Parliament, the old town and the popular main shopping street, Gediminas Avenue.

Vertas-2

Vertas-2, completed in 2007 and taken over by Eastnine in October 2020, is centrally located on Gynėjų street in Vilnius, in close proximity to the Parliament, the old town and the popular main street Gediminas Avenue.

Alojas Biroji

Alojas Biroji, built in 2009 and taken over by Eastnine in 2018, consist mainly of a modern office building situated along the Krisjana Valdemara main street, close to the city center as well as to the growing office district in Skanske.

Valdemara Centrs

At the intersection of the main streets Krisjana Valdemara and Elizabetes Street, a few minutes walk from the Old Town and Riga’s prestigious Art Nouveau district, you will find the first-class office property Valdemara Centrs.
