Our properties

As of 31 March 2026, Eastnine owned 16 properties, whereof 15 office properties and one develoment property in Poland and the Baltics. The property portfolio consists of modern and sustainable office properties in prime locations. Eastnine had three future projects, two of the development projects are to be built on existing sites, and the third mainly consists of land for future property development. The projects,are on hold due to uncertainty in costs for new construction.

As of 25 May 2026, Eastnine divested two properties in Riga. After the sale, Eastnine owns 14 properties, whereof 13 office properties and one develoment property. In addition, there are one development project planned on existing site. Read more about the sale here.
