Nomination Committee for Eastnine's Annual General Meeting 2026
The members of the Nomination Committee for Eastnine's Annual General Meeting 2026 have been appointed.
The members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed based on the ownership structure as of the last banking day in August 2025, with the Chairperson of the Board Louise Richnau as convening. The Nomination Committee of Eastnine is to comprise of at least three but no more than four members, of which up to three members shall be appointed by the three largest shareholders or group of shareholders, controlling the largest number of votes, that wish to appoint a representative. The fourth member shall be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
Anna Elam, appointed by East Capital Holding and Peter Elam Håkansson
Tomas Hermansson, appointed by Bonnier Fastigheter Invest
Staffan Malmer, appointed by Kestutis Sasnauskas
Louise Richnau, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Eastnine
The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present proposals regarding the election of Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Chairperson of the Board and Statutory Auditor. The Nomination Committee shall also propose remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors, Board committees and Statutory Auditor to the AGM 2026.
Eastnine's AGM will be held in Stockholm on 29 April 2026. Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should send such proposal to the Chairperson of the Board in good time prior to publication of the notice of the meeting, which is scheduled to be published in March 2026.
