Eastnine's entire property portfolio sustainability-certified

To meet the demand for sustainable and efficient office solutions, Eastnine is working proactively on the sustainability certification of office buildings. Certification of properties ensures sustainable use of resources, minimise environmental impact, and uphold high standards for our tenants’ work environments.

100 per cent of Eastnine’s property portfolio is certified with at least LEED Gold or BREEAM Excellent. In addition, all buildings in Poland are also certified in accordance with the WELL framework, focusing on the people working in the building.

 

Green leases

Eastnine works actively to reduce our negative impact on the environment and on society. These efforts include reducing the energy use of our properties, improving waste management and being selective in our choice of materials. You, the tenants, can help us in these efforts by signing a green lease with us. A green lease means that we work together to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible, while working toward an effective use of resources.
