The Pine

Eastnine is planning to build the first all-wood office building in the Baltics, called The Pine. The Pine will be built on the plot in proximity to the Alojas Biroji office property in Riga.

The building, which is designed by the international architect bureau Arrow from Denmark, is expected to comprise around 15,800 sq.m. The Pine will be one of the finest office properties in the Baltics, both in terms of the tenant experience as well as sustainability, and the property is expected to achieve a climate-neutral operation once it is complete. The Pine is the first office property in the Baltics planned to obtain double sustainability certificates: LEED Platinum for the building itself and WELL which concerns the well-being of the people spending time in it.
