Alojas Biroji

Alojas Biroji, built in 2009 and taken over by Eastnine in 2018, consist mainly of a modern office building situated along the Krisjana Valdemara main street, close to the city center as well as to the growing office district in Skanske.

Alojas Biroji was, at the time of its completion, one of the most energy-efficient office buildings in Riga. The property was awarded LEED Platinum certification 2020, which is evidence of the building's qualitative resource use, indoor environment and great work environment. The office building's lettable area amounts to 10,100 sq.m. across six floors. Alojas Biroji houses both local companies and international leaders.
